A mix of modern architecture and rich history inspired the design, from the soaring gebyok to the details of the door keys. Narawangsa provides the thoughtfulness of a 5-star concierge with the space to spread out, hang out or simply ‘veg’ out and watch a movie on the home cinema.

What makes Villa Kirana special is the privacy you feel from a secluded corner of the property. It’s quieter on that end and guests who go in often never want to leave. Of course the panoramic sunset views from the rooftop have a view from the GWK statue all the way to Jimbaran bay. You will have to see it to believe it with all five senses.

Villas Raden Panji is our home. Crafted in careful detail to fit our zany ideas and inspirations. Our private outdoor space above the shared parking area overlooks the river and provides the serenity we need after long days running around the island of Bali. We seldom rent the Raden Panji property out, but when we do our friends always comment about how stunning it is from bottom to top. The repeated themes of tumpang sari (traditional Indonesian ceiling) in each space are pitted against the inspiring interior of the gebyok for drawing the most attention. Otherwise the lines inside are clean, tending toward a modern essence that lets the majapahit macro aesthetic shine through. We continued with the homage to local materials – bringing in local stone from Bali and Java for the majority of the interior finishes and successfully executed a vision of using 100% local material (excepting light fixtures).
The 5 bedrooms fit our family well and allow is to have guests in any time. We also have our staff area used to support and prepare food for the other two rentals and on the ground floor a purpose built cinema room, where we can share the pleasure of the movie going experience (in a theater-like environment) without having to brave the traffic!

The dream of Narawangsa Villas incubated for several years before the design began. We travelled the world, cherishing the opportunity to bring our very best hospitality experiences back to our island home.
Narawangsa’s design reflects the grandeur of the Majapahit era, from the Candi Tikus at the entrance, to the Gebyok and Tumpang Sari in the water garden, and even the intricate Batik Kawung carvings in the stairwells. Every detail honors Indonesia’s rich history.
The attention to each room, having a different theme, sense and style – leave our guests feeling pampered, revitalized and ready to take on the next adventure.
Our construction journey continued with assembling a world-class team to ensure our villas are immaculate, in top working order, and welcoming. By using local materials and employing sustainable practices like a large rooftop solar array, we attempt to harmonize with the environment around us.
At the heart of it all, we believe in sharing. From home-cooked meals by our private chef to our trusted babysitting and nanny staff—the very same ones who care for our own children—we are committed to offering the best parts of our beautiful life to our guests, ensuring a safe and memorable stay
